Any successful communication depends on a thorough understanding of target audiences and participants. TTC researches participant information using mobile telephone data and once analyzed, combines this with other information for advocacy and behavioral change communication using a diverse set of mass-campaign channels including mobile phones, radio, and television, internet and news papers. In the last 3 years TTC has carried out numerous successful SMS programs with various organisations with the aim to increase knowledge and improve the uptake of health services in Africa.
