Any successful communication depends on a thorough understanding of target audiences and participants. TTC researches participant information using mobile telephone data and once analyzed, combines this with other information for behavioural change and advocacy purposes using a diverse set of mass-campaign channels including mobile phones, radio, and television, internet and news papers. In the past years TTC has carried out numerous successful SMS programmes with various partner organisations in different countries aiming to increase awareness on health, education, economic development and transparency.
